Declaring Victory

God wants us to fully rely on Him for everything and in everything. But do you ever wonder HOW we can live a life of utter, complete dependence on God? Does it mean we should quit our jobs and wait for cash to show up in the mail? Does it mean that we should never go to the doctor because we trust God to heal? NO! God calls us to trust Him to work through the gifts He's given us (like a job, doctors, etc.).
An article at GotQuestions.org gives some practical tips for living in full reliance on God:
Pray.
Honor the Bible.
Do right.
Be a living sacrifice.
Abide in Christ.
Refuse to worry.
Ugh. #6 in that article hit me between the eyes. But, that's a good thing. Worrying is a choice, and today I'm going to choose to trust God instead of worrying. I'm declaring victory before I see it come to fruition. I'm choosing to fully rely on God. How about you?
